Webinar: Mend It or End It?: Putting the Deadly Exchange Campaign in the Context of Broader Anti-Policing, Anti-Police Reform and Anti-Prison Work

The goal of this webinar is to help build shared understanding of some of the key concerns and strategy questions about police reform that have been raised by movements doing this work-- understanding that will help JVP chapters working on DE campaigns to engage responsibly and accountably with existing initiatives. The webinar will provide an overview of basic concepts and principles within the anti-policing and prison movements, some historical context for those movements, and a preview of the alternative structures activists have dreamed up and are working to establish.
