DESCRIPTION
Cycling4Gaza, a grass root, female led, non religious, non political charitable initiative, which brings people together from all over the world for 3 days to cycle between major cities to raise money for carefully selected children programs in Gaza. Starting on October 3rd, 40 cyclists from all over the world will come together for four days to cycle 400km from Boston to NYC in an effort to raise awareness and funds, £2000,000, to support Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) in three areas: women empowerment, community rehabilitation targeting disabilities among children and adults, and mental health support.
2018 marks Cycling4Gaza’s 10th year cycling. Since inception, we have cycled over 3,000kms in 10 countries. The initiative has raised over £1.5 million for vital and sustainable healthcare and education projects in Gaza. These projects have impacted the lives of over 14,000 children and 8,000 families and community members in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon’s Palestinian refugee camps.
Support the cause by joining us at the finish Line!
